Compulsory Purchase & Compensation
WKN have over thirty years' experience in advising on the assessment of owner compensation. We support clients from initial negotiations with the Acquiring Authority prior to a Compulsory Purchase Order (“CPO”) being made, through to the preparation, negotiation and settlement of compensation claims. We also have considerable experience in providing expert evidence at Property Arbitrations.
