Technical Due Diligence
WKN carry out both Pre-Acquisition Technical Due Diligence and Post-Acquisition Reviews for Investors and Funders to inform development appraisals and feasibility studies. WKN manage the collation of information from the Vendors, appoint the Clients Technical Advisors, oversee the drafting of interim discipline-specific reports, and draft the final report to the Client.
