Working closely with Funders, Local Authorities, Design Teams, and Sales and Letting Agents, WKN acts as an experienced and trusted advisor. We ensure all opportunities are identified and effectively optimised, providing fully integrated, informed and independent development advice to our clients.

Our Development Management service is a market differentiator for WKN, in the provision of services such as
- Management of, and assistance with, the asset sale process, including coordination of all of relevant stakeholders and liaison with appointed solicitors.
- Funding administration support, including securing funding agreements and ongoing funding administration throughout the project, such as Funder reporting and Project Monitor liaison.
- Preparation of feasibility studies/development appraisals.
- Advice on, and assist with, the overall procurement strategy.
- Design Team selection, procurement and management.
- Management of the overall planning strategy, including pre-commencement planning compliance, agreement of development levies with Local Authorities, assisting with security bond and Part V agreements.
- Management of the development risk register.
- Administration of the agreed development budget.
- General stakeholder management including liaison with Local Authorities, utility providers, Funders, forward purchasers and local stakeholders.
