The development comprises 47,000 Sq. Ft. of commercial space, delivered through enabling works, alterations to an existing four-storey structure, the new build of four additional floors over, structural frame alterations, façade works, roofing, MEP installations, CAT A works, and external works to complete a new commercial office block. The project achieved LEED Platinum accreditation and a BER A3 rating.
