The development comprises 173,837 Sq. Ft. of purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) delivered across five blocks, varying in height from four to six storeys and arranged around generous communal spaces. The building’s façade features extensive glazing, creating bright and naturally lit interiors for student living. The project achieved BREEAM Very Good Certification.
