Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross was established in 1879 by the Congregation of the Religious Sisters of Charity.  The Hospice has expanded over the decades in both physical terms (to include a second location in Blackrock) and the services provided.  As a result, in 2009 Our Lady’s Hospice invited ‘Expressions of Interest’ from suitably qualified parties for the preparation of a Master Development Plan for the site.  Subsequently, in early 2010 a Consortium led by RKD Architects won the tender competition.  

WK Nowlan & Associates (WKN) form part of the RKD Consortium, appointed followinig the tender competition for the implementation of the Our Lady’s Hospice Master Development Plan. WKN perform the role of ‘Estate Strategy and Property Consultants’ within the team, performing:

• Estate advice in terms of building population on the site
