This project involves a campus holding of 5.5 hectares (14 acres) at Goatstown. The campus was occupied by a large secondary school for over 600 girls, a primary school, a convent and the Order’s Provincialate. The school does not require all of the 5.5 hectares (14 acres) and the primary school and the convent was in an advanced state of dilapidation.

WKN was engaged to:

• Manage the preparation of a masterplan
  
• Negotiate site boundaries and masterplan elements with the different interest groups including the Department of Education
  
• Manage the design team and the preparation of a new primary school and community residence for the Religious.
  
• Devise a phased implementation plan in order to keep all the facilities operating
  
• Obtain approval from the Department of Education for the construction of a new primary school
  
• Liaise and negotiate with the Local Authority
