WKN have partnered with Deloitte & Touche Ireland to form a team that has been appointed to the framework for the provision of advisory services in connection with the review and evaluation of borrowers’ business plans and to assist NAMA in its interface with those borrowers.
 
The range of services includes:

• Evaluation of business plans submitted by borrowers
  
• Performing financial analysis of the borrower business plans
  
• Advising NAMA of any business plan rework required
  
• Reporting and making presentations to NAMA with an opinion of the appropriateness of the business plan, the borrower’s viability and recommendations as to the approach to be adopted by NAMA
  
• Assisting NAMA as required in its interface with the borrower

WKN also act as business plan property consultant to MKO Partners who have also been appointed to the framework for the provision of advisory services in connection with the review and evaluation of borrowers’ business plans.
