NAMA – Appointment to NAMA Board of Valuations Services
WKN are one of five firms which have been appointed to the framework for the provision of real estate and valuation services to NAMA for the Dublin / Leinster Area.  In tendering for this work WKN formed a consortium of professional valuers, specialising in key sectors and locations within the Dublin / Leinster area.  These include hotel, licensed premises and industrial market specialists together with valuers from key locations throughout the Leinster area, bringing with them a wealth of local market knowledge and experience augmenting WKN’s in-depth valuation expertise.

The WKN valuation services provided include:

• Review of Bank valuations for approval
  
• Re-valuation of assets
  
• Application of a Long Term Economic Value to the assets which reflect underlying factors including demographics, supply & demand, projects and economic outlooks
