The Redemptorist Congregation own 3.25 hectares (8.1 acres) of land in Rathgar. In recent years, the space requirements of The Redemptorist Congregation have reduced dramatically and the current facility at Marianella is now dated and no longer satisfies the needs of the Congregation.
WKN were appointed by The Redemptorists to evaluate the Congregation’s needs and develop strategies on how they should proceed. Thus far, WKN services include:

• Establishing present and future requirements of the Congregation
  
• Evaluation of all development strategy options
  
• Assembling and managing the Design Team
  
• Managing the preparation of a masterplan for the entire site zoning Z15 which proposes to develop a new Monastery, crèche, meeting room facilities and a public park, with the remainder of the site being developed for family houses and apartments.
  
• Managing the preparation of a detailed planning application for submission to the County Council
  
• Liaising and negotiating with the Local Authority

The primary aim of our strategy solution is to create value allowing the Congregation to redirect proceeds from the redevelopment into the Congregation’s pastoral work and centres throughout Ireland.
