WKN assembled a multidisciplinary team – WKN Grangegorman Consortium – to prepare the Grangegorman Development Strategic Plan to implement and manage the development of the 73 acre site.
WKN performs both the Project Director and Property Director roles in the WKN consortium:

• Managing appointed Masterplanner
• Managing multidisciplinary team in preparation of Strategic Plan and integrating intelligence on design, cost, value, funding, phasing, procurement etc
• Procuring specialist surveys and services to support Masterplan and Strategic Plan
• Negotiating property agreements with adjacent proprietors for site enlargement, access etc
• Advising on commercial property potential of the site
• Managing public consultation in relation to the project
• Managing the preparation of a SDZ (Strategic Development Zone) submission for Grangegorman
