On behalf of R J Goff, WKN was engaged to manage and coordinate a rezoning submission of 45 hectares (110 acres) of their land in Kildare adjacent to the N7. The land was originally zoned as agricultural and was successfully rezoned to Equine use.

The process was entirely managed by WKN and included the appointment and coordination of the design team, liaising with all stakeholders and negotiating with the Local Authority.

Subsequently WKN on behalf of R J Goff has managed the preparation and submission of a planning application for a 4 hectare (10 acre) Motor Way Services Area site. Throughout this process WKN has managed all aspects on behalf of R J Goff including design team management, identifying and negotiating with potential occupiers and all dialogue with the Local Planning Authority and other stakeholders including An Taisce.
