Further to a thorough review and due diligence lead-in process, construction works commenced in mid-2012 on an extensive completion and remediation works programme on this expansive mixed use asset. All works were completed at the end of 2014. Apartments were fitted out and let on the open market, all in preparation for an asset sale.
Mixed use development comprising 507 apartments, 130,000 sq. ft. office space, 233,000 sq. ft. commercial space, 186 bed hotel and 1,580 basement parking spaces.
